Job Description

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders promptly and accurately.
  • Issuing sale transaction invoices and ensuring their accuracy.
  • Verifying customer orders, including personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers via phone or email to respond to inquiries and collect any missing information required for order processing.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Compiling detailed monthly sales reports for analysis.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales department, assisting with various tasks as required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Facebook and TikTok, with experience in managing content and campaigns on both platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (Preferably in Business Administration).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data analysis skills.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
