Job Description
- Receiving and processing purchase orders promptly and accurately.
- Issuing sale transaction invoices and ensuring their accuracy.
- Verifying customer orders, including personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers via phone or email to respond to inquiries and collect any missing information required for order processing.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Compiling detailed monthly sales reports for analysis.
- Providing administrative support to the sales department, assisting with various tasks as required.
- Strong working knowledge of Facebook and TikTok, with experience in managing content and campaigns on both platforms.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate (Preferably in Business Administration).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
