Job Description
- Create and oversee a comprehensive call plan for every Medical Information Officer within the respective regions
- Engage in call monitoring and participate in joint calls with Medical Information Officers to cultivate strong Key Opinion Leader relationships, assess the quality of calls conducted by MIOs, and proactively identify opportunities for product presentations and brand-building events.
- Capture and report daily pre-call and post-call data from MIO, including feedback. Formulate customer-specific strategies to enhance relationships, boost prescription status, and achieve marketing goals and team sales targets.
- Conduct research on competitors and customers, and provide regular updates and reports.
- Plan monthly trip ways for the Medical Information Officer, monitoring trip sales against expenses. Travel to designated areas alongside MIOs to ensure effective field support.
- Analyze and report data on daily or monthly basis, especially calls, sales, expenses, customers and competitors
- Events management and implementation under guidance of the Business Manager and in close cooperation with Product Executive or Product Manager such as CME, RTD, JR, Exam, Symposium, Conference, Webinar, Product launching, etc.
Job Specifications
- Must be degree holder (Any Graduate), (Prefer M.B.B.S or B.Pharm)
- Possess over three years of experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to be proactive, motivated, and resilient.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
