“လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ “

(၁) စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု၏ညွှန်ကြားချက်အပေါ်အခြေခံ၍ FEFO နည်းလမ်းကိုအသုံးပြု၍ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ နယ်မြေ အသီးသီး ၏ Sale order များကို ပြင်ဆင်ထုပ်ပိုးခြင်း။

(၂) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Vehicles ပေါ််သို့ ကုန်စည်များကို သယ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။

(၃) အပတ်စဉ်လိုက်ဖော်ဆောင်ထားသည့် stock Ground check လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အားဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း ။

(၄) စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုတွက် လိုအပ်သော ညွှန်ကြားချက်များနှင့်အညီ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း စနစ်တကျ ရှိရန်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

(၅) အထက်ပါတာဝန်များမှအပ အခြားသော Assigned တာဝန်အသီးသီးများရှိလျှင်လည်း ပြီးမြောက်စွာဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။

“လိုအပ်ချက်များ”

(၁) အခြေခံပညာ အထက်တန်းအောင် (သို့) တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့တခုခု ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

ဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်ပြေပြစ်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

(၂) First Expiry First Out (FEFO) စနစ်ဖြင့်  ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို လက်ခံခြင်း၊ ထုပ်ပိုးခြင်းနှင့် စစ်ဆေးခြင်း ကိစ္စရပ်များအား ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

(၃) Team Work  ဖြင့် လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

(၄) စာရင်းဇယားများအား အသေးစိတ်လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

Medical Information Officer

Responsibilities: 

• Organize and carry out daily medical calls to targeted doctors and customers to promote our products and enhance brand communication.
• Develop and establish strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through effective customer relationship management to support prescription development for our products.
• Manage product and promotion samples efficiently to increase brand awareness and instill confidence in our products and company.
• Visit and engage with trip doctors on a monthly basis, constantly exploring potential market areas to expand our reach.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic reports of marketing activities and submit them to the concerned team leader or supervisor.
• Identify opportunities for brand activation such as events and implement them under the guidance of superiors and Product Executive or Product Manager.
• Conduct market and marketing research, with a particular focus on competitors and customer insights.
• Practice effective sales closing techniques and take sales orders from visited doctors if required.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: Preferably have prior experience in the medical field
• Knowledge: Background in health-related knowledge is preferred
• Travel: Must be willing to travel, including both short and long trips
• Appearance: Maintain a neat and tidy physical appearance

Product Executive

Job Description:

• Conduct thorough research on the pharmaceutical market landscape, customer behavior, and competitor information and develop insights to oversee the pharmaceutical market and identify key players.
• Use research findings to formulate product plans for both existing and potential new products.
• Proactively seek opportunities for competitive product development and innovative market strategies.
• Devise effective brand activation activities to maximize brand awareness and build trust among targeted doctors and customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Senior Business Manager to develop marketing plans.
• Plan, organize, lead, and control all event activities, including product launches, symposiums, conferences, webinars, CMEs, RTDs, and JR, etc.
• Ensure seamless execution of events to enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and design promotional materials and tools in a timely manner.
• Develop literature to maximize brand awareness and facilitate effective brand communication.
• Propose annual product strategic plans and action plans considering available resources and budget constraints.
• Demonstrate advanced planning and analytical skills for effective decision-making.
• Excel in presentation skills using PowerPoint during events and marketing activities.
• Conduct product and market training for Marketing Representatives (MRs) to enhance their product knowledge and medical detailing skills.
• Visit key account customers to understand product positioning, market share, competitor information, and explore opportunities for new product development and maintai and build acceptable relationships with medical professionals.
• Travel to other cities as required for market exploration and business development.
• Work closely with the business development department and marketing superiors from Lower and Upper Myanmar.

Job Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (M.B.B.S) degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a solid understanding of current market practices.
• Established relationships with medical professionals and excellent communication skills.
• Competent in IT skills, especially in Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong administrative skills, including the ability to create systems, encourage personal development, and manage performance.
• High-level planning and analytical skills with a focus on team and brand building.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate product information in the data set.
• Innovative thinker, capable of introducing new activities to broaden the marketing team’s experience, such as (CME) programs.

Sale Representative

Responsibilities:

• သက်မှတ်ထားသော Daily Pre Call Plan အတိုင်း သွားခြင်း
• Call Plan အတိုင်းသွားရာတွင် Sansales Application အသုံးပြုခြင်း
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Field ထဲသို့ သွားရာတွင် Sales နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော price List / promotin Materials များယူဆောင်သွားခြင်း
• Order ရယူခြင်း Promotion ရှိသော Product များအားအသိပေးခြင်း Competitor information များ နှင့် Product Feedback Data ကောက်ယူခြင်းခြင်း
• Sansales Application သုံး၍ Daily Post Call နှင့် Feedback Data အားထည့်သွင်းခြင်း
• ရရှိလာသော Order များအား ERP System မှတဆင့် Order တင်ပေးခြင်း
• လစဉ် Target အတွက် နေ့စဥ်အရောင်းများအားတွက်ချက်မှု့ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
• Market မှရရှိသော Information များအား Team Leader အား အချိန်မှီအကြောင်းကြား ပေးခြင်း

Requirements:

• တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ (ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်)
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းနယ်ပယ်တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ကြုံ (၁)နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အိမ်ထောင်မရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ဆက်ဆံ​ရေး​ပြေပြစ်​ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အကျင့်စာရိတ္တ ​ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
• တက်တက်ကြွကြွဖြင့် အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူး​ပေါင်းလုပ်​ဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
