Medical Information Officer

Job Description

• Plan and execute daily medical calls to targeted doctors and customers for product promotion and
brand communication
• Develop and establish strong KOL relationship by effective customer relationship management to
maximize customer satisfaction and promote prescription development process for concerned products
• Manage product and promotion samples effectively to increase brand awareness and confidence upon
the concerned products and the company
• Need to visit and engage the concerned trip doctors on monthly basis and always look for potential
market areas
• Daily, weekly, monthly and periodic report of daily marketing activities required to concerned team
leader or supervisor
• Look for the opportunities for brand activation such as events and implement them under the guidance
of the superiors and Product Executive or Product Manager.
• Implement market and marketing research especially about competitors and customers
• Practice sales closing and Sales order taking from visited doctors, if required
• Need to actively learn product knowledge, market and marketing skills after receiving training
arranged by the company
• Always need to be target-oriented to exceed the set marketing and sales target by the company
• Need to be creative, smart, enthusiastic with good team spirit, positive attitude and intrinsic motivation

Job Specifications

• Any Graduate
• Prefer to have experience in Medical Field
• Prefer to have background in health knowledge
• Must be able to travel both short and long trips
• Must be neat and tidy in physical appearance
• Maintains customer response operations by establishing work schedules.
