Medical Information Officer

Responsibilities: 

  • Organize and carry out daily medical calls to targeted doctors and customers to promote our products and enhance brand communication.
  • Develop and establish strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through effective customer relationship management to support prescription development for our products.
  • Manage product and promotion samples efficiently to increase brand awareness and instill confidence in our products and company.
  • Visit and engage with trip doctors on a monthly basis, constantly exploring potential market areas to expand our reach.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic reports of marketing activities and submit them to the concerned team leader or supervisor.
  • Identify opportunities for brand activation such as events and implement them under the guidance of superiors and Product Executive or Product Manager.
  • Conduct market and marketing research, with a particular focus on competitors and customer insights.
  • Practice effective sales closing techniques and take sales orders from visited doctors if required.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Preferably have prior experience in the medical field
  • Knowledge: Background in health-related knowledge is preferred
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel, including both short and long trips
  • Appearance: Maintain a neat and tidy physical appearance
