Product Executive

Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough research on the pharmaceutical market landscape, customer behavior, and competitor information and develop insights to oversee the pharmaceutical market and identify key players.
  • Use research findings to formulate product plans for both existing and potential new products.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for competitive product development and innovative market strategies.
  • Devise effective brand activation activities to maximize brand awareness and build trust among targeted doctors and customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Senior Business Manager to develop marketing plans.
  • Plan, organize, lead, and control all event activities, including product launches, symposiums, conferences, webinars, CMEs, RTDs, and JR, etc.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and design promotional materials and tools in a timely manner.
  • Develop literature to maximize brand awareness and facilitate effective brand communication.
  • Propose annual product strategic plans and action plans considering available resources and budget constraints.
  • Demonstrate advanced planning and analytical skills for effective decision-making.
  • Excel in presentation skills using PowerPoint during events and marketing activities.
  • Conduct product and market training for Marketing Representatives (MRs) to enhance their product knowledge and medical detailing skills.
  • Visit key account customers to understand product positioning, market share, competitor information, and explore opportunities for new product development and maintai and build acceptable relationships with medical professionals.
  • Travel to other cities as required for market exploration and business development.
  • Work closely with the business development department and marketing superiors from Lower and Upper Myanmar.

Job Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor (M.B.B.S) degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with a solid understanding of current market practices.
  • Established relationships with medical professionals and excellent communication skills.
  • Competent in IT skills, especially in Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong administrative skills, including the ability to create systems, encourage personal development, and manage performance.
  • High-level planning and analytical skills with a focus on team and brand building.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate product information in the data set.
  • Innovative thinker, capable of introducing new activities to broaden the marketing team’s experience, such as (CME) programs.
