Indications

For the prevention and treatment of threatened, mild, latent and subclinical multivitamin deficiency. To meet the increased need during growth and illness. Dietary supplement in malnourished infants and children. As an adjunct therapy with antibiotic, sulfonamide and isoniazid.

Chemical Composition

Each 0.6 ml contains :
Vitamin A Palmitate BP 3000 IU
Vitamin D3 BP 384 IU
Thiamine Hydrochloride (B1) BP 0.96 mg
Riboflavin 5-phosphate Sodium BP 0.822 mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6) BP 0.6 mg
Nicotinamide BP 6 mg
D-Panthenol USP 3 mg
Ascorbic Acid BP 30 mg

Dosage & Administration

Babivit drop may be dropped directly into the mouth or mixed with cereal, milk, fruit juices or other foods. Usually 10 to 20 drops daily in divided doses or as advised by the physician.

Warning & Precautions

It is possible to develop signs of excessive intake to vitamin D if the individual receives vitamin D fortified nutrients such as milk, infant foods in addition to Babivit Drop as with all vitamin products, usually large doses of Babivit Drop should not be given.
